That's why it's crucial for us to help you ("You", "Customer" or "User")—the user of the website https://www.silicoratech.com (the "Website") and its associated mobile application, KreditLoan Pro ("Application") (collectively referred to as the "Platform")—understand the reasons for collecting your information, how it will be used, and the ways in which we collect, use, store, and share information about you (this "Privacy Policy").

As a technical service platform, we have partnered with VAISHALI SECURITIES LIMITED, a company as defined by the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at D-504, Swati Crimson Daskroi, Shilaj Thaltej Ahmedabad Gujarat 380059 (hereinafter referred to as the "NBFC"). This NBFC is registered with the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") and provides digital lending services to you.

This policy outlines our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, storage, processing, disclosure, and protection of any information—including but not limited to business or personal information—provided by you as a user ("you/your" or "user") when using the platform. A user refers to any individual who visits, uses, interacts with, transacts through the platform, or avails of our services, and includes browsers. This policy forms a legal agreement between you, as a user of the platform, and the company, as the licensed user of the platform. You must be a natural person aged at least 18 years. By visiting/accessing the platform via the website or the app and voluntarily providing us with information (personal and/or non-personal) for products or other purposes, you agree to our use of it in accordance with this policy. This policy does not apply to third-party websites/applications linked to the platform. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this policy, please do not proceed to use/access this platform. Your use of the platform will be governed by this policy (as applicable to the platform) along with all policies, notices, guidelines, and disclaimers that are published and shared with you from time to time, which are incorporated herein by reference. These include but are not limited to our terms and conditions and other terms that may apply to you as a user of the website. This policy is enforceable against you in the same way as any other written agreement. This policy is part of the platform's terms and conditions, and all capitalized terms in this policy that are not specifically defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the platform's terms and conditions. When you use the Platform, we will collect information and data, including but not limited to your personal information and sensitive personal data or information ("SPD & I") as defined under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. By providing your information, you explicitly consent to our collection of the following data from you as a data provider, which also includes SPD & I:

- 1. Your name, address, date of birth, contact details, marital status, PAN number, the name of the bank where you hold your primary account, bank statements, income tax returns, pay slips, etc.;

- 2. Details about your employment, such as years of experience, income details, current employer's name, office address details, and the length of time (years/months) you have been with your current employer;

- 3. Credit-related information collected from other sources like credit bureaus;

- 4. Know Your Customer data such as valid address proof, PAN, photo, etc.;

- 5. Your unique identifiers like username and password, preference information, and transaction history;

- 6. Any other information that PCFS is required to collect as per its specific mandate from the Reserve Bank of India or under applicable laws in India;

- 7. Information collected electronically from you, such as the pages you view, how you navigate and interact with the Platform, etc.

As mentioned above, we also collect your personal information, including financial information, from the registration forms or other completed forms/questionnaires you provide to us. We will also receive your personal information, including financial information, from documents you may provide to us and/or from documents like credit reports that you authorize us to obtain on your behalf from credit information companies.

The information we collect about you will depend on the products and services we offer on an ongoing basis. The collected information will be used to effectively provide services to you. If you do not allow us to collect all the necessary information, we may not be able to deliver all these services effectively. By providing your information, you explicitly consent to our use of the above-specified data in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

You further understand and consent to us supplementing the information we collect from you with information we receive from other companies or third parties. For example, we may use marketing segments developed by us or other companies to customize certain services or offer more products to you.

- 8. Conduct KYC based on the information shared by users for service provision and product acquisition. This may involve analyzing your bank statements and eKYC, and the company may conduct KYC directly or through third-party service providers. If third-party service providers are engaged for KYC as described in this clause, the company will share your relevant information with such third-party service providers to avail of the said services;

- 9. Use user information in other ways permitted by law;

- 10. Use information obtained from your device to control risks, detect fraud, and provide better services to you;

We will use and retain your information for the periods necessary to comply with our legal obligations, court orders, requests from government authorities, law enforcement agencies, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or when it is necessary to protect the rights or property of the company and/or its group companies/affiliates, etc.;

- 12. We need access to your location, the ability to make and manage phone calls, media (KYC upload), and SMS for internal credit risk analysis and application processing.

To provide more accurate credit assessments and personalized services, we need to access information about the applications on your device. This helps us gain a comprehensive understanding of your spending habits, financial situation, and credit risk, enabling us to tailor credit products that best meet your needs. To ensure accurate credit assessment and thoughtful service, we need to obtain your application list information to fully understand your consumption habits, financial status, and credit risks, so as to customize the most suitable credit products. Only the application name and type are accessed, and all data transmission is encrypted to ensure privacy and security

By providing your information, you explicitly consent to our disclosure of your information (including SPD & I) to our affiliates, employees, and third parties in accordance with the terms of this policy. You explicitly consent to our sharing of your information with third parties only in the manner and for the purposes described below:

- 1. We may disclose your information to other financial service providers, banks, or NBFCs, as well as our third-party partners and service providers, to provide services and offer products as detailed in the terms and conditions;

- 2. We may share product details and your information with our third-party partners and service providers for data analysis, with the aim of improving services, analyzing your use of the platform, and serving you better;

- 3. We may also disclose your information to our third-party service providers for fraud detection, risk assessment, and/or sending promotional tele-messages and emails;

- 4. We collaborate with third-party advertising networks, publishers, and other entities to advertise our products and services on platforms not affiliated with us. We will share the information you provide, and such information will not be used for any purpose other than to assist us in our advertising efforts;

- 5. We may disclose your information without prior notice if we are obligated to do so to comply with any legal obligation or an order from the government and/or a statutory authority, or to enforce or apply our terms of use, or to assign such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction;

We may share your information with third parties under a confidentiality agreement for service provision, which, among other things, restricts such third parties from further disclosing the information unless such disclosure is for the purpose specified in that confidentiality agreement. However, we are not responsible for any security breaches or any actions of third parties that receive your personal information.

We store and process your personal information, including information received from your device, on cloud service providers.

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

The rights and remedies available under this policy may be exercised as needed, are cumulative, and do not exclude rights or remedies provided by law. Waivers may only be made in writing. A delay in exercising or failure to exercise any such right or remedy does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy or any other right or remedy.
