As a technical service platform, we have partnered with VAISHALI SECURITIES LIMITED, a
company as defined by the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at D-504, Swati
Crimson Daskroi, Shilaj Thaltej Ahmedabad Gujarat 380059 (hereinafter referred to as the
"NBFC"). This NBFC is registered with the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") and provides digital
lending services to you.
This policy outlines our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, storage,
processing, disclosure, and protection of any information—including but not limited to
business or personal information—provided by you as a user ("you/your" or "user") when using
the platform. A user refers to any individual who visits, uses, interacts with, transacts
through the platform, or avails of our services, and includes browsers. This policy forms a
legal agreement between you, as a user of the platform, and the company, as the licensed
user of the platform. You must be a natural person aged at least 18 years. By
visiting/accessing the platform via the website or the app and voluntarily providing us with
information (personal and/or non-personal) for products or other purposes, you agree to our
use of it in accordance with this policy. This policy does not apply to third-party
websites/applications linked to the platform. If you do not agree with the terms and
conditions of this policy, please do not proceed to use/access this platform. Your use of

which also includes SPD & I:
- 1. Your name, address, date of birth, contact details, marital status, PAN number, the
name of the bank where you hold your primary account, bank statements, income tax returns,
pay slips, etc.;
- 2. Details about your employment, such as years of experience, income details, current
employer's name, office address details, and the length of time (years/months) you have been
with your current employer;
- 3. Credit-related information collected from other sources like credit bureaus;
- 4. Know Your Customer data such as valid address proof, PAN, photo, etc.;
- 5. Your unique identifiers like username and password, preference information, and
transaction history;
- 6. Any other information that PCFS is required to collect as per its specific mandate from
the Reserve Bank of India or under applicable laws in India;
- 7. Information collected electronically from you, such as the pages you view, how you
navigate and interact with the Platform, etc.
As mentioned above, we also collect your personal information, including financial
information, from the registration forms or other completed forms/questionnaires you provide
to us. We will also receive your personal information, including financial information, from
documents you may provide to us and/or from documents like credit reports that you authorize
us to obtain on your behalf from credit information companies.
The information we collect about you will depend on the products and services we offer on an
ongoing basis. The collected information will be used to effectively provide services to
you. If you do not allow us to collect all the necessary information, we may not be able to
deliver all these services effectively. By providing your information, you explicitly

To provide more accurate credit assessments and personalized services, we need to access information about the applications on your device. This helps us gain a comprehensive understanding of your spending habits, financial situation, and credit risk, enabling us to tailor credit products that best meet your needs. To ensure accurate credit assessment and thoughtful service, we need to obtain your application list information to fully understand your consumption habits, financial status, and credit risks, so as to customize the most suitable credit products. Only the application name and type are accessed, and all data transmission is encrypted to ensure privacy and security
Camera
In the KreditLoan Pro app, we may ask for your help to start the onboarding process by guiding you through completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. This may involve providing necessary documents to verify your personal information, taking photos to create profiles, or uploading required documents for loan applications. Any camera data captured will be securely uploaded to our app server, http://api.kreditloanpro.asia, and treated with the utmost confidentiality. Rest assured, your data will not be used for any other purposes. You can revoke or re-authorize camera permissions at your convenience. Device Information
Our application collects and monitors a range of phone-related information, including hardware specifications, operating system details, serial numbers, user profiles, and mobile network data. This allows us to uniquely identify each device and prevent unauthorized access or actions on your behalf.

To ensure the smooth processing of your application and to confirm that our services are available in your area, we use location tracking. Rest assured, we only access your location when you are actively using the app, not when it is running in the background. Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to us.

(including SPD & I) to our affiliates, employees, and third parties in accordance with the

as well as our third-party partners and service providers, to provide services and offer
products as detailed in the terms and conditions;

of the platform, and serving you better;
- 3. We may also disclose your information to our third-party service providers for fraud
detection, risk assessment, and/or sending promotional tele-messages and emails;
